 Scarborough is divided into two bays - North Bay and South Bay - by the Castle Headland. The North Bay contains holiday chalets and fun parks, with attractions like the Sea Life Centre, Atlantis Water park, Kinderland and Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools.
The South Bay is where the Harbour and commercial premises are located. The cafes, restaurants, amusement arcades and shops are a great attraction and source of holiday enjoyment.

Peasholm Park
Peasholm Park is located north of Scarborough city centre, close to North Bay sea front.
The park was designed by Harry W. Smith, borough engineer, in 1912 with later additions in 1932 and renovated in 1991.
Peasholm Park is a municipal garden, popular in the summer season.
There is a circular walk around a lake with several lanterns and pagodas...

 Boats, canoes, Swan Boats and pedalo's are available to hire to take a leisurely trip around the central island, and investigate the beautiful waterfalls. There is also a mini putting ground, mini golf course, cafes and ice cream stands.
During the summer months there is also Naval Warfare displays with miniature sea battles, and a Water Ski circus show.

 Sundays are reserved for the Brass Band Concerts and Organ Concerts in the Pagoda.
Guest appearances are made by the Scarborough Spa  Orchestra at regular intervals during the peak season.
