There are
forty-two permanent structures on the grounds, dating from 1902 to the
1980s. The Horticulture Building (1902), Fairpark Grand (1905, restored

The Utah State Fair
Held annually in
September at the Utah State Fairpark at 155 North 1000 West, this is a
really fun place to spend an afternoon. It runs for ten days with different
demonstrations and entertainment daily. From barn animals to fine art,
from Kettle Korn to stir fry, from rides for the young at heart to vendor
booths for the shopper in you, there truly is something for everyone.

Guide to Salt Lake City, UT.)
